2010-2015 - We sold over 1000 apartments in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. 

​

2015-2016 - We shifted away from the Brisbane and Melbourne Market, only focusing on quality projects in prime locations of Sydney. 

 

2018 - We acquired a locally reputable Project Management Agency, aiming to provide comprehensive property services for apartment owners of Sydney.

​

2019 - Over 400 apartments in Sydney's Inner City and Lower North Shore are under management by a team of 5 dedicated Area Property Managers.

​

2020 - We endeavoured to hold Landlords' hands through the drastically changed rental market due to COVID-19, and managed to keep average vacancy rate under 3%.

​

2022 - The first thing we do in the new year is to perform a thorough rent review for all properties under our management reflecting the latest market, in order to ensure Landlords' best investment return post-COVID.

​

2023 - Our management portfolio has reached 500 apartments, returning over $20,000,000 rent income per annum for our landlords, and growing.
